The Tetra String Quartet is a young, dynamic ensemble that in just a few short years has made a big impact on life here. Last year we spoke with them about the series of “Azure concerts” for autistic kids and now they have a new series starting this Frida at the Art Intersection in Gilbert. This time Tetra provides the soundtrack to a German silent fim classic. Sterling Beeaff sat down with cellist Jenna Dalbey and Tetra’s violist Louis Privitera yesterday to catch up and find out all about this new venture.
The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari with Steven Prutsman’s score played by the Tetra string quartet happens this Friday evening at 7:30 at Art Intersection Gallery in Gilbert. For more information check out Tetra’s web site, Tetraquartet.org OR go to the KBAQ calendar at K-Bach .org.
